Major design challenges which will require evaluation based on the findings our experts have gained from previous development programs they have been involved in. In order to have an optimum design from weight, cost, manufacturing and assembly perspective, and in order to meet today FAR25 and FAR26 for WFD requirements, it is important to arrange, early on, for meetings with different disciplines which will be involved in the design concepts that will be taking account of all the above considerations. In particular, challenges might arise when designing the wing, empennage and water tank. Aircraft wing ribs should be carefully designed in order to be possible to machine them. Very few experts in the world today have mastered the wing to fuselage design of these aircrafts.
