Registration and Profile Publication
When registering to as Expert or Recruiter (“Member”) to our website, your personal data is captured when you submit / fill in any of the forms provided. You also acknowledge and agree that photos and videos submitted to our website could be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to usage on AVICAST’s website and promotional brochures. You hereby consent to the free, long-term and legal use by AVICAST INC. or a third party authorized by AVICAST of any submitted material, including for advertising, decoration, business promotion, or another commercial or charitable purposes pertaining to AVICAST INC. or a third party authorized by AVICAST.
Furthermore, you consent to allow AVICAST to publish your profile for marketing, promotional, and business development purposes.

These Terms are important and apply where you choose to register as a Member on our Website. Please read these Terms carefully before registering on our website as a Member. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms. Member Content
You are solely responsible for Member Content that You post or create on the Site including but not limited to your Profile information and any bricks and posts on the Site. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and We prohibit Members from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on the Site any materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights. When We receive notification of a potential copyright infringement, We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may remove Member Content from the Site for any reason or no reason, including without limitation Member Content that in Our sole judgment violates these Terms, that might be offensive, defamatory, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Members, or other people in general or Member Content that has generated a complaint which warrants further investigation. AVICAST INC. will be reviewing Member Profile regularly and might modify and update them at its sole discretion in order to comply with the integrity of the site Content and insure the expertise listed under each Member Profile it not overstated or misleading. We also reserve the rights to delete any Member Content, or delete a Member Profile and Account altogether if we find that it is not relevant to the purpose of this site (e.g. listing of Aerospace experts with hands-on industry expertise…)

All content made available on the Site, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement, are Our property or are licensed to Us with all rights reserved. Such content may not be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Our prior written consent. This excludes Member Content that You legally post to the Site.
Any use of Our content other than as specifically authorized in these terms, without Our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted here. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws. This license is revocable at Our sole discretion, at any time and without notice.

When visitors leave comments on our website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website , we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
