Over the course of his career, he held diverse roles spanning Metallurgical and Chemistry Laboratories, Manufacturing Process Standards, Standards Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Research and Development, Technical Field Support for Structural Fasteners, and Technical Field Support for Airframe Assembly Processes. Jay actively contributed to the evolution of Manufacturing Process Standards, coordinated Composite Manufacturing Facilities, provided technical assistance for the Dash 8 Series Q400 Fastener and Assembly Line, the C-Series Fastener, and participated in various R&D Projects with major OEMs. Notably, he stands as a foremost authority in fields such as High Strength Metal to Metal Bonding, Structural Fastening Systems and Applications, as well as Manufacturing and Airframe Assembly Processes.
